Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in entrepreneurship incubation, acceleration, or training programs.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate remote teams.
• Experience building and nurturing online communities within entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Experience with impact data collection, analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program stages from ideation to execution to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate across teams to exchange best practices and improve INCO programs.
• Design and implement acceleration programs.
• Build and manage networks of partners, trainers, mentors and researchers.
• Lead live sessions and coordinate virtual and in-person events.
• Review applications for compliance with selection and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor program impact and prepare communication on milestones.
