Responsibilities

• Support procurements through the lifecycle from need identification to contract award.
• Assist in developing procurement and commercial strategies and plans.
• Support the preparation of procurement documentation, including pre-qualification and tenders.
• Aid supplier market engagement and analyse market conditions.
• Maintain procurement records, reports and project documentation.
• Collection, management and analysis of procurement and supply chain data.
• Produce reports, presentations and market analysis for client decisions.
• Assist in tender evaluations and governance processes.
• Administer e-procurement systems in line with procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Participate in project, procurement and client meetings; record actions.
