Role overview: You will work on a casual basis providing strength and conditioning coaching to our academy players through field and gym-based performance and recovery sessions. All coaching will align with the club's strategic objectives and the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). You will also participate in research to support clinical-based evidence for current and new strength and conditioning practices.
About you: We seek someone with experience supporting and preparing elite athletes, with expertise in Strength and Conditioning, including injury rehabilitation. You should work well in a team, remain calm under pressure, hold an undergraduate degree in Sports Science or Strength & Conditioning, and be UKSCA Accredited.
