Base pay range

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Life Coach for Students. This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to empower students to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and thrive academically and personally. No previous experience is required; we welcome candidates who are passionate about supporting students in their journey to success.

Tasks

Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with students via online platforms, offering guidance and support in various areas of life including academic, personal, and career development.

Help students identify their strengths, values, and goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.

Assist students in building confidence, resilience, and effective study habits to navigate challenges and reach their full potential.

Offer mentorship and advice on time management, stress management, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Foster a supportive and non-judgmental coaching relationship that promotes growth, self-awareness, and self-empowerment.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students.

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
