Job summary

Fulham Football Club is seeking a part-time Academy Driver to provide safe, reliable transport for academy players, staff and guests. The role reports to the Head of Academy Operations and includes coordinating part-time drivers within the academy.

You will shuttle players to Motspur Park and other club locations, support inductions, and assist on match days. A professional, customer-focused approach and local area knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage part-time drivers exclusively within the Academy.
• Maintain and present vehicles to a professional standard.
• Provide transport for registered players to and from Motspur Park.
• Transport trialist players to airports, train stations, accommodation and club activities.
• Support player induction and transport requirements.
• Act as a guide for visits to Motspur Park and Craven Cottage.
• Assist on first-team match days for corporate driving needs.
• Support the Academy at key events and activities.
• Promote Fulham Academy within the London football community.
• Represent Fulham Football Club to a high standard.

About the Role

The Academy Driver provides a safe, reliable and professional driving service across the Academy. The role reports to the Head of Academy Operations and includes managing part-time drivers exclusively within the Academy, as well as working alongside the Club Driver & Fleet Compliance Manager to ensure vehicles are maintained and presented to a professional standard. The driver supports the safe transport of Academy players, staff and guests. This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, with hours split across a 7-day week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage part-time drivers exclusively within the Academy.
• Work alongside the Club Driver & Fleet Compliance Manager to ensure all vehicles are maintained and presented to a professional standard.
• Provide transport for identified registered players to and from the Motspur Park training site.
• Provide transport for trialist players to and from airports, train stations, accommodation, and club activities.
• Support the player induction process when identifying players in need of transport support.
• Act as a guide for visits to Motspur Park and Craven Cottage.
• Assist the club on first-team match days for corporate driving requirements.
• Support the Academy across key events and wider activities.
• Promote the work of Fulham Academy amongst the London football community.
• Represent Fulham Football Club to a high standard in line with club values.

Required Experience & Qualifications
