Brighton & Hove Albion FC is hiring two Academy & Pathway Goalkeeping Coaches to develop elite youth keepers at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. You will coach across age groups, deliver training and reviews, and log performance data to inform holistic development.

The role requires UEFA B Goalkeeping License, FA safeguarding, FA Emergency First Aid, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• UEFA B Goalkeeping License and related safeguarding/first aid qualifications are essential.
• Proven ability to coach pathway and youth development goalkeepers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across ages.

Responsabilités

• Coach pathway and youth development phase goalkeepers.
• Deliver pitch training and matchday reviews.
• Log performance data in Kitman Labs and collaborate with staff.
• Support scouting of goalkeeping talent.

Shape the next generation of elite goalkeepers

We are looking to recruit 2 goalkeeping coaches to coach our pathway and youth development phase age groups within the boys academy.

You will play a key role in developing, mentoring, and preparing the club’s youth goalkeepers. You will deliver pitch training and matchday reviews, alongside logging performance data in Kitman Labs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary staff to support holistic player development and contribute to scouting potential goalkeeping talent.

Experience that will help you thrive

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and familiarity with the professional football academy landscape and player pathways. You will be an outstanding technical demonstrator with engaging presentation skills to connect effectively across different age groups. It is essential that you hold UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License, UEFA B License, FA Safeguarding qualification and FA Emergency First Aid qualification.
