Job summary

Colonial Group is recruiting two dedicated goalkeeping coaches to guide our boys academy pathway and youth development phase. You will mentor youth goalkeepers, deliver pitch training, and conduct matchday reviews while logging performance data in Kitman Labs.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary staff will support holistic development and talent scouting. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in professional academy settings, exceptional demonstrating skills, and the UEFA B

Qualifications

• Must hold UEFA B Goalkeeping License and FA safeguarding/First Aid qualifications.
• Strong background in professional academy landscape and player pathways.
• Excellent demonstration and communication skills across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Coach pathway and youth development phase players on a day-to-day basis.
• Deliver pitch training and conduct matchday reviews; log performance data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support holistic player development.
• Support scouting and identification of potential goalkeeping talent.

Shape the next generation of elite goalkeepers

We are looking to recruit 2 goalkeeping coaches to coach our pathway and youth development phase age groups within the boys academy.

You will play a key role in developing, mentoring, and preparing the club’s youth goalkeepers. You will deliver pitch training and matchday reviews, alongside logging performance data in Kitman Labs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary staff to support holistic player development and contribute to scouting potential goalkeeping talent.

Experience that will help you thrive

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background and familiarity with the professional football academy landscape and player pathways. You will be an outstanding technical demonstrator with engaging presentation skills to connect effectively across different age groups. It is essential that you hold UEFA ‘B’ Goalkeeping License, UEFA B License, FA Safeguarding qualification and FA Emergency First Aid qualification.
