Job summary

Activate Learning is seeking a Curriculum Manager for Academic Studies at Bracknell/Wokingham Campus. You will lead curriculum planning, delivery and assessment to enable student and apprentice progress and employability.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience at Faculty Management level with evidence-based teaching, learning and assessment.
• Teaching qualification and advanced practitioner skills with leading-edge teaching practices.
• Inspiring and authentic leadership with excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the curriculum, aligning with the Learning Philosophy and learner journey.
• Deliver and report on quality performance targets and learner outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of curriculum delivery: recruitment, enrolment, retention, achievement and overall success.
• Support induction and ongoing development of teachers and assessors to raise teaching, learning and assessment standards.
