A leading educational institution in London is seeking an Academic Manager to lead the team of lecturers. This role entails staff management, ensuring high teaching standards, and participating in the development of academic courses. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in Higher Education and a strong background in people management.
An opportunity has arisen for an Academic Manager to join us on a permanent basis in our London Moorgate campus.
Reporting to the Head of Lecturers, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of our team of lecturers.
We are looking for an experienced educational professional with a genuine passion for quality and excellence, who has a demonstrative ability of managing people, including the recruitment, induction and day to day line management of lecturers.
