A leading educational institution is seeking an Academic Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover in London. The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of lecturers, ensuring quality and excellence in education. Responsibilities include managing staff resources, enhancing team performance, and liaising with students and programme leads. An opportunity has arisen for an Academic Manager to join us on a fixed term maternity cover in our London Moorgate Business School campus.
We require cover from September 2025 until June 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Faculty and Academic Resources, you will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of our team of lecturers.
We are looking for an experienced educational professional with a genuine passion for quality and excellence, who has a demonstrative ability of managing people, including the recruitment, induction and day to day line management of lecturers.
