Job summary

Blue Education is seeking an Academic Lead for Physics & Engineering to own the student portfolio across physics and related quantitative pathways. You will lead tutors, refine curriculum and provide high-level academic and admissions guidance for students targeting top global universities.

The role emphasises ownership of student outcomes, strategic curriculum development and collaboration with families to ensure rigorous preparation for competitive programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 500+ hours of teaching, tutoring or academic mentoring experience.
Experience with selective universities admissions processes and technical interviews.
Experience supporting applicants to highly selective universities (Physics, Engineering, Natural Sciences).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with families and students.

Responsibilities

Lead the Physics/Engineering stream, overseeing tutors and student portfolios.
Shape subject curricula and enrichment activities for high-achieving students.
Advise on subject choices, academic priorities and long-term pathways.
Track student performance, provide progress updates and admissions guidance.
