Overview

AC Service Engineer - North London / Herts - 40 - 47K

My Client is a London-based, leading AC & Mechanical Contractor who have been operating since the 1960s. They specialise in the design, installation, service, maintenance & breakdown of HVAC equipment for High End Residential, Commercial Offices, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and Retail clients. The team currently has over 15 staff and they are looking to expand with an AC Service Engineer based in North & West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly work within multimillion-pound high end residential properties in London, as well as commercial properties.
• Demonstrate strong fault finding skills and be knowledgeable and confident with VRV systems.
• Serve as a senior service AC engineer with proven fault finding, repair and breakdown experience.
• Focus on service with solid breakdown and repair capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AC service and maintenance.
• Experience with Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric products.
• Based and operating within North & West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, or Hertfordshire.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.

Salary and Package

• Salary: £43,000 – £47,000
• Van & Fuel Card
• Lots of overtime: time-and-a-half in the week; overtime on Saturdays until 5pm; double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays
• Minimum 8 hours guaranteed overtime rate for weekend work
