Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting for an Air Conditioning Project Sales Manager in London. The role focuses on leveraging technical AC knowledge to visit customers, understand requirements and design costed installations, while growing the AC division.

You will lead projects from enquiry through installation, producing accurate quotations and collaborating with engineers and suppliers to deliver effective, commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong practical and technical knowledge of Air Conditioning.
• Ability to survey properties and understand installation requirements.
• Experience explaining technical solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out customer site surveys, ideally up to 3 per day.
• Assess properties and understand installation requirements.
• Design suitable split, multi-split and commercial AC systems.
• Produce accurate scopes of work, estimates and quotations.
• Speak with customers and explain technical solutions.
• Liaise with engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide technical handovers to installation teams.
• Manage projects through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to grow the AC division.
