Air Conditioning Sales Engineer

London

£45,000 - £47,000 + Company Car + Average Commission of £4,000 - £10,000 Per Quarter, Uncapped + Bonus + Training + Progression + Holiday + Pension

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning professional with strong surveying, estimating and costing experience?

Do you have the technical knowledge to produce accurate quotations, manage projects and work closely with customers and engineers?

Join a rapidly growing AC division within an established business, where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the continued growth of the department. This is a newly created position and the business is open to experienced technical salespeople or strong AC engineers looking to transition from the tools.

Working around 80% in the field and 20% in the office, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You will conduct site surveys, assess customer requirements, design AC solutions, produce accurate quotations and work closely with engineers and suppliers to ensure projects are correctly scoped and delivered. The work will be predominantly domestic, with some commercial projects also available.

The ideal candidate will have a strong AC or HVAC background with experience in surveying, system design, estimating and costing. You will also need to be confident dealing with customers, comfortable on the phone and able to clearly explain solutions. Sales experience is beneficial, but the business is willing to develop the sales side for the right technical person with the right attitude and commercial mindset.
