Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial buildings in London. You will apply a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and ensure reliable AC and mechanical systems.

The role is temporary ongoing with an immediate start, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, paying up to £28 per hour. A City & Guilds Level 2 in AC and a valid F-Gas qualification are essential, with DBS

Qualifications

• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2.
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.

Hours of Work & rates

• up to £28p/h
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• Temporary ongoing role
• Immediate start
• Covering Multiple buildings within a complex

Requirements

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
