Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an AC Engineer to service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial and industrial sites in Lincoln. You will diagnose and repair equipment, with travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays, contributing to a hands-on, skill-building environment.

The role requires F-Gas qualification, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a valid UK driving licence; a minimal callout rota with premium pay is included.

In this role as AC Engineer, you'll work across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, including office blocks and warehouses, where no two days are the same.You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, AC and refrigeration systems, giving you the opportunity to apply and expand your technical skills in a hands-on environment.
