Job summary

Dynamite-Recruitment-Solutions is seeking an AC and Refrigeration Engineer to service and repair commercial and hospitality systems across London. You will diagnose, repair and maintain complex refrigeration and AC units, with a 1 in 4 weeks callout rota and premium callout pay.

Applicants should have proven refrigeration experience, strong AC and ventilation skills, and an F-Gas licence. A positive, can-do attitude is essential and bonus skills in HVAC controls or pumps are welcome.

AC and Refrigeration Service and Repairs Engineer

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Door to door travel pay + Annual Bonusbased on up to 8% of your annual salary (Potential stretch for exceptional candidates)

This brilliant employer have 2 core offices in SE London & Central London however we can be flexible regarding where applicants are based, as you will go directly to site most days. This is working for a growing team of around 65 staff, so there is plenty of opportunities to progress through the business for the right person.

The Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Role:

You’ll be a strong Refrigeration and AC engineer, confident diagnosing and repairing complex refrigeration and AC systems. You’ll primarily be working across London, servicing commercial and hospitality clients (think Mayfair restaurants and hotels). You’ll also be part of a 1 in 4 weeks callout rota and be paid great premiums (However it's been noted that lots of the call outs can be sorted through the phone).

What We’re Looking For in the new Refrigeration & AC Engineer:

• Proven experience in Refrigeration (Most important)
• Strong skills in Air Conditioning & Ventilation (including kitchen extract systems)
• F-Gas licence
• Positive, can do attitude
• Bonus skills (NOT ESSENTIAL): HVAC controls, commercial heating, pumps & motors
