Qualifications

• Background in construction management, ideally with exposure to new build commercial projects.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS credentials (Supervisor card preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily site activities for a new build commercial project.
• Support the management of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress against programme, ensuring works meet specification and health & safety standards.
