Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks an experienced Site Agent to lead multi-disciplinary teams on projects in Aberdeen. You will drive delivery with strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cost control, coordinating engineers, foremen and subcontractors on a day‑to‑day basis.

The role requires a track record in infrastructure works, NEC contract familiarity, and a flexible approach to night or unsociable hours as dictated by programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities on multi-disciplinary construction sites.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards and their practical implementation.
• Experience in managing infrastructure works and project handovers.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership & People Management: lead, motivate and mentor section teams.
• Health, Safety & Environment: set H&S targets, risk reviews, safety tours and investigations.
• Engineering & Quality Control: allocate resources, interpret drawings, own handover docs.
• Productivity & Programme Management: update programmes and manage subcontractor KPIs.
• Commercial & Cost Management: forecast costs and support procurement.
