Job summary

Stena Line is recruiting Deck Ratings to join our Dublin - Holyhead teams. You will support our deck teams onboard while developing your knowledge on our vessels and participating in mooring, loading/unloading, and maintenance led by chief officers.

You will take part in emergency duties, lookout, fire and safety patrols and training. We value work-life balance and offer onboard facilities, competitive pension and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requirements include Fluent English and a valid Able Seafarer Deck CoC (II/5).
• Full STCW training and ENG1 Medical certification required.
• Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat training; passenger vessel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe operations, mooring, loading/unloading, and routine deck maintenance.
• Participate in emergency duties, lookout, and safety patrols.
• Support training and development on board.
