Job summary

Stena Line is recruiting Deck Ratings for our Belfast - Heysham teams. You will support deck operations onboard and develop knowledge on our vessels, contributing to safe and efficient sailing.

The role offers a great work-life balance, access to onboard facilities, and opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Able Seafarer Deck CoC II/5 is required.
• Full STCW training and ENG1 Medical are required.
• Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat training is required.
• Frontier Worker Permit is required.
• Passenger vessel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mooring, loading/unloading, and routine deck maintenance under chief officers.
• Participate in emergency duties, lookout, fire and safety patrols, and training onboard.

In this role, you will support our deck teams onboard while developing your knowledge on our vessels.
