Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS (NUH) invites applications for a role supporting ultrasound screening services. The post requires flexibility, driving between units, and the ability to transport screening equipment around the county.

Essential criteria

• Good standard of general education (5 GCSEs A-C grade or equivalent, including English and Maths)

• Have NVQ level 3 Diploma for Health Screeners
• Successfully reaccredited as a AAA Screening Technician

Experience

Essential criteria

• Must understand hospital environment and patient care & confidentiality

• Previous use and understanding of computer systems
• Competent in the use of Microsoft office software
• Working in a team
• Strong evidence of communicating sensitive information

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working in community setting
• NHS experience

• Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods of time
