You will start at NHS AfC Band 3, progressing to Band 4 after 13 months, with probation and training. The role includes taking 999 and urgent calls, providing pre-arrival advice, and mentoring new call handlers.

• Work in a 24/7 operation with a shift pattern including nights and weekends.
