South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced clinicians to join the Integrated Contact Centre as 999 - Clinical Advisors. You will monitor live 999 calls, provide clinical oversight, and perform real-time dynamic assessments to safeguard patient outcomes.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to national ambulance standards and local performance, with monthly courses running from February 2027. Flexible working and NHS Pension support the role.

Formación

• Clinical triage over the phone and remote assessment.
• Ability to make safe, rapid clinical decisions under pressure.
• Clear communication with healthcare partners and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality clinical telephone triage using decision-support systems.
• Assess incoming symptom-based calls and determine urgency and priority.
• Provide evidence-based clinical advice and refer onward within the NHS.
