Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:30 (occasional weekend support may be requested)

About the Role

Our drivers are the face of our business and are on the frontline when it comes to our customers. They're a friendly bunch, passionate about giving a great customer experience. We are looking for a reliable and proactive 7.5T Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team at our new Southampton Distribution Centre. This is a dual-role position involving both professional driving and warehouse responsibilities, playing a key part in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued key account customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to deliver joinery products to customer locations.
• Pick and compile customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures at all times.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Valid 7.5T driving license with CPC and Tacho Card.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
