Smart Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join our client, a leading waste management company based in St Leonards-on-Sea (TN38). You will be responsible for responding to environmental service requests, including fly-tipped waste and other waste materials, while operating safely and efficiently.

The role focuses on rapid response waste collections, daily vehicle checks, and accurate paperwork, with a Monday–Friday day shift pattern and a full-time ongoing

• Drive a 7.5T cage van safely and responsibly.
• Carry out rapid response waste collections, including fly-tip removal.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Load and unload waste materials safely.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Work professionally when representing the company on site.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
