Job summary

ArrowXL Limited in Inverness is seeking a 7.5T Delivery Driver. You will work with a partner to deliver and install items such as fridges, TVs and furniture, ensuring safe handling and clear customer communication.

The role includes training, a fixed 45-hour week (Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:45), and on-site work with overtime opportunities and a delivery bonus. You’ll join a supportive team with a focus on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• First-class communication and customer service skills.
• A valid licence to drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle.
• Completed Driver CPC training.
• Possession of a digital tachograph card.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo a mandatory DBS criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for your vehicle while representing ArrowXL and our brand to the highest standards.
• Deliver customer products with your colleague, ensuring all items and packaging are free from damage.
• Deliver orders directly to the customer’s room of choice.
• Assemble and/or install customer products (full training provided for installation services).
• Keep customers informed throughout the delivery process, working as a team to ensure clear communication.
• Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns that may arise during delivery.
