Job summary

Staffline is seeking a reliable driver for a 7.5T/18T role based in Dagenham. The position requires a UK Cat C1 licence, Driver CPC, and Digi Tacho, with a strict penalty-point limit and good physical fitness. You will deliver regionally, load/unload, and maintain safety and paperwork compliance.

Ideal candidates should have previous 7.5T experience, strong time management, and excellent communication to ensure on-time deliveries and top customer service. On-site parking and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Cat C1 (7.5T) driving licence.
• Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions).
• Physically fit - some manual handling will be required.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Previous 7.5T driving experience essential.

Responsibilities

A great opportunity to work as a 7.5T/18T Driver for our client based in Dagenham.

The hours of work are:

• 6am to 3pm

The rate of pay is £39125 to £40500 per annum.

Your Time at Work

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes


• Loading and unloading goods safely


• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full


• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners


• Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects


• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations


• Providing excellent customer service on delivery

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will:
