Job summary

Qube Recruitment in Kettering is seeking a reliable 7.5T Delivery Driver (Category C1) to join a busy home delivery operation. You will perform multi-drop deliveries of white goods and large items, working in a two-person crew, with emphasis on safe handling and excellent service.

The role requires a valid Category C1 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card and a clean points record. Shift patterns include Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu, 06:00 starts, with average 9–10 hours per day and ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Ability to complete manual handling of heavy goods.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Completing multi-drop deliveries of white goods and large household items.
• Working as part of a two-person delivery crew.
• Assisting with navigation, unloading, and installation support where required.
• Handling products carefully to prevent damage.
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery.
• Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Location: Kettering
Pay: £15.31 per hour plus overtime £22.97
Working Pattern: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
Shift Times: 06:00 start until finish
Hours: Average 9-10 hours per day

We are currently recruiting reliable and customer-focused 7.5T Delivery Drivers (Category C1) to join a busy Home Delivery operation based in Kettering.

The Role

As a 7.5T Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop home deliveries while ensuring products are delivered safely and customers receive an excellent service.

• Completing multi-drop deliveries of white goods and large household items
• Working as part of a two-person delivery crew
• Assisting with navigation, unloading, and installation support where required
• Handling products carefully to prevent damage
• Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
• Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently

Shift Details

• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday working patterns available
• 06:00 start times
• Average shift length of 9-10 hours
• Ongoing full-time work

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Category C1 (7.5T) licence
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Ability to complete manual handling of heavy goods
• A reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach

Previous 7.5T driving or home delivery experience is desirable but not essential.
