Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne driver to manage a designated local route from the Glasgow depot. You will deliver parcels with care, navigate a route with 40–50 stops, and represent the company with a professional, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience with 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Physically active and able to lift heavy items as part of deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Use Saturn handheld devices for deliveries and tracking.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers during drop-offs.
• Load and unload parcels using sack barrows and hand trucks.

Education

C1 licence (7.5 Tonne)
