Job summary

AIR SS Ltd is seeking a professional driver to operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle and carry out scheduled deliveries and collections between Heathrow and Coventry. You will perform daily vehicle checks, complete paperwork accurately and comply with health and safety policies and driving regulations.

The role requires a clean driving record, valid CPC and tachograph cards, and flexibility for various shift patterns as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and valid CPC/ Tachograph credentials required.
• Experience driving 7.5 Tonne vehicles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations.

• Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle in accordance with road traffic regulations and company procedures.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections between Heathrow, Coventry, and designated locations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
• Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation are completed accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety policies, driving regulations, and Working Time Directive requirements.
• Secure and handle cargo appropriately during transportation.

• Flexible approach to working various shift patterns, including days, nights, weekends, and 4-on-4-off schedules.
