Job summary

Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 7.5T Driver (CAT C1) for our well known client in the Wigton area, delivering school supplies to schools within the local area. This contract is due to start in September and will run during term time.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with early starts, early finishes, and average 10-hour days. Pay is £15.00 PAYE ADV, with start times from 5am for ongoing term-time work.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C1 licence, CPC, and Digi Card.
• Minimum 6 months class C1 experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Multi drop role.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
