Nomura is seeking an Operations Oversight Associate in London on a 6-month PAYE basis. The role supports the Service Management team with day-to-day oversight of offshored and outsourced processes across F&O, Securities, FX, OTC and New Issues, focusing on risk mitigation and incident response.
The successful candidate will liaise with internal stakeholders, manage KRIs/KPIs dashboards, and participate in key projects including client money review and BCP/RTR coverage.

Department Overview
The Service Management team based in London forms part of Shared Services (Operations) and provides oversight of the offshore teams located in Powai, India, as well as oversight and management of the Operations critical third-party vendors and agent banks.
