Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Leisure and Wellbeing Manager to lead the hotel’s leisure club, gym, pool and wellness programmes. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards, and promote wellbeing initiatives for members, guests and employees.

The ideal candidate has management experience in leisure, fitness or hospitality, with a focus on safety, service excellence and commercial performance. A flexible pattern and leadership presence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leisure, fitness or wellbeing teams.
• Experience managing budgets and driving commercial results.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of leisure and wellbeing facilities with high standards.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and presentation of facilities.
• Monitor equipment, repairs and service needs.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and conduct risk assessments.
• Act as Duty Manager when required.
