Role Summary:
The position requires officers to have 5-star hotel security experience, exceptional customer service skills, and to be well-presented at all times.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude are crucial when interacting with customers, the public, and emergency services. Visibility, professionalism, and responsiveness support the success of the security function. Security personnel are expected to identify risks that threaten the business and reputation and take appropriate action. Continuous training is required as policies, procedures, and technology evolve in the security environment.
