The Opportunity

You will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, and be an integral part of the concierge team.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Welcome and assist Staff, Clients, and Visitors to the premises
• Managing the reception desk
• Full internal patrols of the building
• Supporting with light facilities duties
• Customer service duties

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable

• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
