Job summary

ABS Talent Ltd. is recruiting a CNC Programmer / Production Engineer for a leading motorsport client in Banbury. The role focuses on Hypermill 5-axis programming, production scheduling, and coordinating with designers and buyers on prototypes and small batches.

The successful candidate will read engineering drawings with GD&T, manage TPM and tooling, and contribute across the production spectrum in a fast-paced, elite manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hypermill 5-axis programming on complex parts.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Experience with batch and prototype production.
• Proactive under deadlines and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs (Hypermill 5-axis) with tool lists and fixtures.
• Help run day-to-day machine shop; assist scheduling and pricing of work.
• Liaise with designers, buyers and customers.
• Maintain TPM records and coordinate machine servicing.
• Order tools and manage tool inventory; prepare ERP job packs.
