Job summary

Jackie Kerr Recruitment Ltd in Hungerford is seeking an experienced 5 Axis CNC Operator to join a busy engineering and manufacturing environment.

You will operate 5-axis CNC machinery, load and unload components, read engineering drawings, and check finished parts with measuring equipment to ensure they meet quality standards. Hours are Monday–Thursday 07:30–16:00, Friday 07:30–13:00, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining, with 5-axis capability.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5 Axis CNC machinery.
• Load and unload components.

5 Axis CNC Operator Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operating 5 Axis CNC machinery

• Working to production targets and deadlines

5 Axis CNC Operator Ideal Candidate:

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience operating 5 Axis machinery
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail

5 Axis CNC Operator Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:00
• Friday, 07:30 – 13:00
• 40 hours a week
