Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join a precision engineering business in Royston, Hertfordshire. You will set, operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines, interpret drawings and work to tight tolerances on small-batch components.

You should have strong FANUC controls experience and Fusion 360 programming skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to work to production schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive CNC milling experience with setting, operating and programming.
• 5-axis machining experience essential.
• FANUC controls experience.
• Fusion 360 (CAD/CAM) programming skills.
• Ability to read drawings and maintain first-pass quality.
• Reliable, team-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate and program CNC milling machines.
• Edit and run FANUC programs.
• Create and prove-out Fusion 360 programs.
• Interpret drawings and work to tolerances.
• Complete first-off and in-process inspections.
• Support production schedules and continuous improvement.
