Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to work in the Royston/Hertfordshire area. This is a permanent, day-shift role on a 37.5-hour week with a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule.

You will set, operate, and program a 5-axis CNC milling machine using FANUC controls and Fusion 360 CAD/CAM to produce small-batch parts to tight tolerances. Applicants should have strong 5-axis and FANUC experience, with Fusion 360 programming being essential.

Qualifications

• Experience setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines.
• Proven 5-axis experience in set-up and machining.
• FANUC controls experience and Fusion 360 programming essential.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate and program CNC milling machines.
• Operate and edit FANUC programs.
• Create, modify and prove-out Fusion 360 CAD/CAM.
• Interpret drawings and tolerances.
• First-off and in-process inspection and documentation.
• Maintain safe practices and machine care.
• Meet production schedules and support continuous improvement.
