Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks a Day Shift Engineer for a 4 on 4 off pattern at a large tourist attraction near Tottenham Court Road, London. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance across a large static site, with a focus on planned and reactive works and on-site teamwork.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrical or mechanical engineer with experience in commercial building maintenance, capable of proactive fault-finding and delivering high standards of service, with the

Qualifications

• Electrical OR mechanical qualification with 18th Edition where applicable
• Experience in large commercial buildings
• Must provide copies of trade certificates
• Multi-skilled with good communication and customer skills
• Available to start at 07:00 on site

Responsibilities

• Escort specialist subcontractors
• Meet KPI & SLA requirements for the contract
• Perform allocated tasks promptly and professionally
• Identify and report faults in building services and resolve them
• Ensure H&S issues are reported/escalated
• Maintain communications with client staff about service levels
• Report service issues to site management
• Be flexible with site attendance and tasks
