Job summary

Phoenix Learning and Care is recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist for Oakwood College, Torpoint. The role is 4 days a week, term-time only, with a 30-hour schedule and a salary range reflecting 42 weeks per year.

The Therapist will join an Integrated Therapy Team supporting learners with SEMH, delivering individual and group therapy, and coordinating with educators to promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Qualifications

• Recognised Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registration and Royal College of Speech and Language membership.
• Good IT skills; familiarity with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Integrated Therapy Team to support SEMH learners.
• Deliver 1:1, small-group or classroom-based therapy sessions.
• Maintain learner records and complete administrative tasks, with remote work possible during school holidays.
