Job summary

Phoenix Learning and Care Group is hiring a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for a part-time role at Petherton Park School, North Petherton. The job offers a relocation allowance and flexibility to balance work with life, delivering therapy to pupils with learning disabilities and/or autism.

The role includes 3–5 days per week during term time, provision for 4–5 days, and opportunities for professional development while maintaining a healthy work-life rhythm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• HCPC Registration and RCSLT membership are required
• Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and driving licence desired

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions and small group interventions
• Provide in-class support alongside teachers
• Mentor less experienced therapists and contribute to training
• Support pupils on placement and participate in team meetings
