We are recruiting for 3 Lead Reliability Engineers across Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire to lead and manage reliability teams, creating strategies to ensure high standards of asset maintenance, increasing reliability, and minimizing downtime.

You will manage up to 4 direct reports, coaching and developing them with relevant training in reliability engineering, maintenance techniques, and best practices for sustainable asset management.

Your responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of reliability strategies (RCM, PM, CBM), collaborating with maintenance and operational managers to ensure cost-effective and compliant maintenance, and analyzing data related to asset performance and failures for continuous improvement.

Ensuring assets are utilized efficiently throughout their lifecycle, you will prepare reports for senior management to demonstrate the effectiveness of reliability initiatives. Strong leadership, knowledge of electrical, ICA, and mechanical assets, and familiarity with reliability analysis techniques are essential.
