We are recruiting for 3 Lead Reliability Engineers across Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire to lead reliability teams, develop strategies to ensure high asset standards, and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing teams of up to 4 direct reports, coaching, and developing skills in reliability engineering, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Overseeing the implementation of reliability strategies (RCM, PM, CBM) to maintain assets cost-effectively and safely.
  • Analyzing asset performance data, failure trends, and KPIs to drive improvements.
  • Ensuring efficient asset utilization throughout their life cycle with effective maintenance strategies.
  • Preparing reports and performance summaries for senior management on reliability initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience with electrical, ICA, and mechanical assets.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Analysis Techniques (RCM, FMECA) and asset criticality.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 37 hours/week, a salary up to £63K, and a permanent contract. Driving license is essential.
