Job Description
Lorien Global is partnering with a company that is expanding its technical support division. This role is for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team based in central Manchester.
Working closely with the Digital Solutions Manager and the Service Delivery Team, you'll ensure efficient support of online systems across various business areas. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting triaged tickets from the Service Desk, diagnosing faults, and providing fixes. When issues cannot be resolved internally, you'll escalate them to specialist teams such as Development or Infrastructure.
