Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to deploy the 3DX Non-Conformance Tool and migrate legacy records from paper systems. You will focus on data migration, reporting development, user support and creating guidance to standardise non-conformance management across the organisation.

The role involves system implementation, testing, data quality assurance, and producing training materials for end users to ensure smooth adoption across UK projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support migration, validation and cleansing of non-conformance records into the 3DX platform.
• Assist with system implementation, testing and data quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information outputs.
• Validate reporting data for accuracy and reliability.
• Produce user guidance, procedures and training materials for the new tool.
• Support the development of reporting capabilities including trend analysis and ageing reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.
• Develop a contract baseline library specification for non-conformance management requirements.
• Provide support to stakeholders and end users during implementation and adoption.
