Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Non-Conformance Data Migration Analyst to support the 3DX Non-Conformance Tool migration of legacy records from paper and CCIS into the new platform. The role focuses on data validation, cleansing, migration, reporting development and guidance materials to standardise non-conformance management across the organisation.

You will work within Nuclear Power Programmes to deliver data migration across UK and continental Europe, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy,

Qualifications

• Document Control experience in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Experience on projects delivering against defined objectives and milestones.
• Understanding of QA processes relating to document control and records management.
• Strong knowledge of document, data and information management practices.
• Experience using Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS).
• Awareness of filing systems, document distribution processes and record-keeping requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve data issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate, cleanse and migrate non-conformance records into the 3DX platform.
• Support system testing and data quality assurance activities.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, reports and management information outputs.
• Validate reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency and visibility of trends.
• Develop user guidance, procedures and training materials to support tool adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.
• Develop a contract baseline library specification for non-conformance management requirements.
• Support stakeholders throughout implementation and business adoption activities.
