Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help deploy the 3DX Non-Conformance Tool and migrate legacy records from paper-based systems in the UK and across Europe. You will focus on data migration, reporting development, user support and creating guidance to drive consistent non-conformance management.

The role involves system implementation, testing, data quality assurance, and developing dashboards and training materials for end users across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with online databases and digital information systems.
• Strong skills in issue identification, reporting and resolution.
• Confident in analysing and interpreting data to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration, validation and cleansing of non-conformance records into the 3DX platform.
• Assist with system implementation, testing and data quality assurance activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and management information outputs.
• Validate reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Produce user guidance, procedures and training materials for the new tool.
• Support the development of reporting capabilities, including trend analysis, ageing reports, corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visualisation.
• Develop a contract baseline library specification for non-conformance management requirements.
• Provide support to stakeholders and end users throughout implementation and adoption.
