Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in the design and management of retail display manufacturing and installation.
• General marketing and retail marketing knowledge.
• Knowledge of retail display production and installation rollouts.
• An understanding of 3D design software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• An awareness of current retail design trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and budget-management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of 3D retail display projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Act as main contact for a major blue-chip client and translate requirements into briefs for the design team.
• Manage projects from briefing through delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts while maintaining profitability.
• Hold regular client status meetings and produce WIP and job status reports.
• Produce quotes and maintain supporting project documentation.
• Prepare and present project performance reports and insights.
• Contribute to pitch decks and proposals for new or expanded business.
• Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients on innovative strategies.
